Have been following the 2008 Olympics at Beijing and its just so inspiring to see all the athletes in their individual sports.

I caught the volleyball match between Italy and Russia women's team and the Italian team was awesome! And i couldnt help but notice they had such nice butts!! haha super toned man..Gymnastics is very nice to watch as well, the gymnasts make their routine look so easy and effortlessly when actually they put in so many thousands of hours practicing before that. Whenever any of them fell down while performing or made a mistake during their routine, i always feel so bad for them lol. It's kinda embarrassing haha.

And swimming! Michael Phelps is absolutely phenomenal. He's smashed the world records in this Beijing olympic games and it's so exciting to watch him compete! Check out this video showing USA's dramatic win in the 4 X 100 metre freestyle relay where his team mate Jason Lezak anchored the win.

The United States has smashed the world record in an incredibly fast 4 x 100 meter men’s relay at the Beijing Olympics. The U.S. men -- Michael Phelps, Garrett Weber-Gale, Cullen Jones and Jason Lezak -- set a world record, finishing in 3:08.24. France took second, Australia third. Michael Phelps picks up his second gold medal and is on his way to breaking the record of most gold medals at a single Olympics.
