Booked a staycation to stay at Universal Studios a couple of months during the long weekend through Asia Travel and we paid about $600 plus for 2 pax which includes 2 nights stay at Hotel Michael at Sentosa and entrance tickets to Universal Studios, SEA aquarium and also watercove park.
Hotel Michael
Had to queue to check-in and wait for some time because we were abit early and our room wasnt ready.
Finally we checked-in and managed to get a room facing the Merlion!
The hotel room was pretty ok but nothing much to shout about haha..I found out there are only shower stalls in the toilets and no bath tub for Hotel Michael and apparently the other hotels under resort world sentosa too hmm.

SEA Aquarium
Omg when we got there, we saw that the queue was freaking long and i think everybody had the same idea as us to go to Sentosa for short holiday due to the long weekend public holiday and it would take 3-4 hours just to get in from the entrance so we decided to cough up extra to get the express pass (which we still have to queue but shorter time like 45 mins?)
Got bored while waiting in the queue to get into the SEA aquarium so took some pics..
Finally after more than 45 mins or so, we were finally inside SEA aquarium!!

But i must stay that the SEA aquarium was pretty impressive and huge (think it is one of the largest aquariums in Asia?) and i've never seen so many varieties of fishes before lol. Kelvin was so happy to see so many fishes haha.
We had dinner at the Malaysia Food Street at Resorts World Sentosa, again the queues to buy food from the stalls were all very long and we all split up to buy different food from various stalls. We had chicken rice and ngoh hiong and also hokkien mee..Frankly the food was ok only...overpriced and imo, not worth the long queue!
Universal Studios
Went to Universal Studios the next day. Actually I was down with a fever and wasn't feeling very good but you would never guessed from the photos because i posed for the photos gamely despite my fever lol..ai mei mah..
With Marilyn Monroe lookalike..apparently we were quite lucky to get a pic with her cuz after that they stopped all other people in the queue to take the pic with her cuz she had to go off lol..

we took the famous Battlestar Galatica rollercoaster ride (red)..it was quite scary but fun at same time! But .i was starting to feel really sick and cold and as you can see here my smile was starting to wither lol..

Transformers ride was awesome ^^ (we had to queue up for more than 1 hour for this ride because its the most popular ride at universal studios!!)
Like this group pic we took with Beetlejuice, he was very playful and smacked the guys heads lol..

Overall, I enjoyed the staycation at Sentosa and wouldnt mind going back next time if I have the chance!
