Have been wanting to catch a movie at the Cathay Platinum Suites ever since we last went to the one at The Cathay and finally, when The Avengers was showing at the cinemas we took the chance to try the Cathay Platinum at cineleisure. We went together with a group of friends (2 other couples).
Was quite disappointed though, the menu has changed and now the selection for food and drinks are extremely limited now. The menu looked very sad actually, only had like the standard popcorn, nachos and other boring food.. No more club sandwich, gourmet popcorn etc.
And goodness me, the portions were so tiny! We ordered a coke and it came in a little glass..not even the size of a can of coke...
Looks like we wont be going back anytime soon.
