CNY

Jie was back for CNY and we had such a nice time when she was back. So nice having my sis back in Singapore!

She stayed over at our new place during her stay here, we had to quickly get it ready for her to stay lol. There was a mad rush of buying the mattress from Ikea, the wardrobe and the fridge, washing machine etc but we managed to get everything done just in time!

Limin came over to our place and we had tze char dinner ;D

We also had our friends visit during CNY to lau Yu Sheng! Played the usual blackjack game for CNY haha..Zhenwei, Zilei and even Frankie came too lol..

Zhenwei was very shy though (for him) hahaha..think he was intimidated by all the adults around lol.

Also visited Kelvin's relatives in JB on CNY eve..

Cindy and I were bored so we started taking pics of each other and ourselves lol.

my new pink dress bought from my fav shop at International Plaza, they sell nice korean designed dresses and tops.

After that we headed to the chinese restaurant for dinner. Kelvin's uncle ordered the set dinner for the whole family.

Dinner @ East Coast

We brought jie and Kelvin's dad to have a nice seafood dinner at Jumbo @ East Coast since they came back all the way to Singapore from overseas. Yummy, my fav crabs!!

Ordered black pepper crabs too but didnt manage to take a pic of it..

Limin was supposed to join for dinner but couldnt make it last min so we met her for drinks at Harry's Bar at Suntec

Genting Trip

Mum arranged a trip to genting while jie was back and we went with Ah Yi, Jiu Jiu, Ah ma they all..

Onboard the Grassland coach. The seats were pretty comfy and they had the personal tv entertainment screen and i watched a couple of chinese movies to pass time..couldnt sleep on the way up as usual :(

(Btw im wearing my new abercrombie hoodie which i ordered from borderlinx! It was on sale and cost only like S$50 with shipment added! The A&F tag said S$130 *gasp*)

We stayed at First World hotel for the 1st night..the hotel room was okay but the view outside was frankly disgusting.

When we opened up the curtains, we almost regretted it cuz we saw it was like so dirty outside and rubbish lying all over the place. The hotel doesn't seem to maintain the place very well, i wonder why..

Highland hotel

Moved to Highland hotel on the 2nd night which was like so much better. The hotel lobby is very nice and grand, like european style.

Mum wanted to have dinner at the mushroom farm so we took the free mini van which brought us down to the restaurant..

The trip was really nice, we (my sis and bro) got to spend alot of time together! we watched 2 movies (i got bitten by bed bugs in the cinema though) and ate and shopped etc..

it was quite hilarious actually..we didnt get to see mum and the rest much during the trip cuz they were too busy "working hard" haha..but they all seemed happy to be there and towards the end of the trip mum spent more time with us (cuz we asked her not to keep walking around herself too and i think she felt bad after that lol) and it was nice having the whole family together again.

Jie coloured her hair at Artica after we came back from Genting, i like the colour its very natural and nice ;)

finally we had to say farewell to jie sobz..but its ok jie, we'll see you very soon again!! big hugs ;D
