Met up with Cindy for dinner and drinks at Timbre on Tues nite, initially we wanted to eat at Orchard but last minute we thought it would be nicer to listen to live music at Timbre ..
We ordered some fettucine in cream sauce with tiger prawns, and this huge pizza which was big we only finished half of it hah

The band was ok only, wasnt as good as the one that played at Timbre we went the other time near the old National Library..after dinner, we took the train to Somerset and met Kelvin (who was attending lessons at Starhub centre there)..Did some quick shopping at Forever21 before we met him (bought a nice white tank top for $23!)

We were a lil disappointed with the fitting at the bridal studio on Thur cuz Vernise wasnt around and the other wedding coordinator served us..shan't talk too much about the experience but luckily Friday was much better with Vernise around..she was abit sick so quite poor thing actually.. Sharon came along with me after work to help me take a look at the gowns too ;)
We finalized the evening gown, outdoor gown (also used for tea dress) and for the actual wedding gown, we are down to the final 2 choices. Vernise said we can do MTM but skali the effect won't come out nice plus it will take quite long to make the outfit..hmm it will also cost extra for the lace and swavorski crystals..
After the fitting, we headed down to Fat Boys for dinner, its a new burger joint at Thomson Road. Always wanted to try their food but didnt get the chance..
The menu said this burger comes with a skinny patty, when it came we were joking it didnt look skinny at all..

Was so sleepy after the beer that i went back and slept almost immediately hahaha..
Dinner + Drinking session at Newton Circus
Yesterday we went to check out wedding favours at Craft Inc Wedding Design,the shop is located at Delfi Orchard. They were featured in the Four Seasons showcase which we attended and I remember their card designs and wedding favour packaging were very tastefully done.
Saw a very pretty bird cage for rent, it was the same one i saw in a bridal magazine and the price is *gulp* $180 for rental.
Anyway we saw a personalized wedding favour which we kinda liked, so will consider getting it ;p
After that, we met Limin for dinner. The initial plan was to catch a movie but there wasn't anything interesting showing so I suggested having dinner at Newton Circus instead. Limin was onz for the idea so we took Kelvin's car there..
We ordered (or rather Limin and Kelvin ordered without me cuz i went to draw cash from ATM!) la la, baby kai lan, hum and stingray. Oh well, they at least let me choose the soup so i ordered tom yam soup lol.
