What happened to the world since March 2020

It's been a few months since I last posted and boy, the world has changed so much.

3 months ago, I never would have guessed that this covid19 would cause so much impact to our lives and everyone in the world for that matter. It's been more than a month since the circuit breaker started and it's now extended till early June.

The situation doesn't seem to be getting much better with the average daily cases around 700-800+, its little consolation that most of the cases are from the migrant workers. I think the government should really reflect on the lessons learnt from this incident and just be more humble enough to admit that they could have done better and apologise instead of insisting that "not one single migrant worker asked for an apology". Come on, do the right thing man! And just tell us how many more migrant workers need to be tested, at this rate its going it's almost half the population getting covid19. These poor workers who have worked so hard to built our nation and create high skyscrapers for the sake of sending home money to their families..all because our govt just neglected to contain the situation in the workers dorms and put in the right regulations to ensure their living conditions are decent..

Being stuck at home for such a long time and only being able to go out to buy food and groceries has been irritating to say the least..especially for someone like me who likes to go out and do my thing.. and I hate wearing masks cuz I cant breathe at all!

So many firsts..first time Macdonald's has closed since it opened operations in Singapore l, first time businesses are so badly affected (even worse than SARS) by the shutdown, first time its compulsory to wear masks outdoors or be fined..

I don't know when life will go back to normal again but I do know that I'm really peeved that this has affected our family plans to go Korea in July with my sis and niece :(( I wish that a miracle could happen soon but its wishful thinking I guess..

God please help us to see the positive points during this difficult period of time and help us to get out of this soon in Your time..
