Yay finally i am going to get away from boring Singapore!
Headed for Hong Kong next month for a short getaway trip with Cindy and i cant wait hohoho..
It'll be a 4 days 3 nights trip, flying via Cathay Pacific and staying at the 5 star hotel at Langham place hotel in Mongkok, including return airport transfer. All for only $780 plus per pax!
initially we wanted to book both the hotel and air tix on the zuji website but realized its cheaper to book separately. The package price on zuji was ard $800(without airport transfer) so with airport transfer, the price will be ard $850 per pax.
So in the end, we booked the air tix through zuji and hotel room through the official Langham Place hotel website. The air tix only cost $434 and the hotel room is abt $300 per pax for 3 nights?
Side note: we decided to stay at Langham place hotel because of the raving reviews on Trip advisor. Its rated #6 out of 265 hotels in Hong Kong.
It's located right smack in Mongkok, Kowloon and connected to the Langham mall and Mongkok MTR station. its very near to ladies market and the markets so it'll be great for shopping yay..

ok its abit 1 month more to our trip so have to wait abit..meantime im trying to do some research on what to visit and where to go when we're there..i love the planning period before a holiday, its like the anticipation is building up..now at least i have the motivation to have something to look forward to when im having a crap day at work lol.
oh yes, the other day when Kelvin and I went for the fitting at whitelink, i got my trial make up done by Sammi.
i think her make up skills are pretty good, esp the blusher bit..the effect comes out very natural and subtle..i was trying to see what blusher she used but couldnt see properly ..too bad!
she applied mascara only without putting the fake eyelashes and i thought the eyemake up was quite nice too..
Took a couple of quick shots outside after we left the studio ;D
do you see someone behind disturbing me..
hmm maybe i shd go for some makeup course and learn how to apply makeup so professionally lol, then can look nice everyday hahaha
Recently HDB (or is it the town council?) upgraded the lifts in my grandparent's flat..after enduring months of dusty renovation work and loud construction noise with all the drilling and knocking, finally we got our own private lift!! (ok i know its not private but it leads right to the doorstep of my granny's place so its practically our private lift)
I'm so enjoying not having to walk down 9 flight of steps every morning. shiok sia
