Just went for our wedding photoshoot yest and it was fun but super tiring!

The day started at 9am in the morning and by the time we were finished, it was already 8pm plus in the evening. It was a day for many firsts:

1. I've never smiled so much in my life before (trust me i like taking pics but yest was like the ultimate).
2. First time i had so much hair spray used on my hair
3. Make up - never had so much make up put on my face before (i can't really wear fake lashes cuz they irritate my eyes so it was really hard for me. Seriously contemplating skipping the fake lashes on the actual wedding day)
4. Never had so many strangers staring at me during the outdoor shots lol

Took a sneak pic of myself ;D

after makeup, before hair styling

p.s. i know all brides do up their hair for the actual day but i still prefer the natural look without all the hair spray lol

We spent alot of time on the indoor shots - had 3 outfit changes and for each outfit change, the make up artist Sammi changed the hairstyle and touched up the makeup so it was a lot of work! I even had my bangs cut cuz it was too long hah. Kelvin was so hiao i tell u, he was like fiddling with his tie and hair for each of his different outfit too ;p

Our photographer was Guo Rong, we chose him cuz of rave reviews of his photography from the whitelink thread on singaporebrides forum. And really glad that we did, he was so patient with us, giving us directions and telling us how to pose. Never got impatient or fed up even when we were quite late for the outdoor shots. Kelvin was so like so happy when Guo Rong commented he had the seh of Tony Leung after taking a solo shot of him for one of the indoor shots LOL

By the time we were done with the indoor shots, it was already close to 4pm and the other couple that were in the studio doing their PS had already gone out for more than 1 hour! So we had lots of catching up to do haha..initially we thought we would go out for the outdoor shots at abt 2pm plus so Sharon was already waiting for us at bugis with the pink and white balloons as props for the outdoor shoot and we were really rushing for time.

One of the locations for the outdoor photography we chose was this little quaint shop which i found by chance on the net, the Children Little Museum near Arab Street.

It's a double storey shophouse and has many old skool stuff with all the vintage items from 1970s and even earlier, with old vespas, vintage telephone, and even an old barber's chair.

Took some shots while waiting for Kelvin to change into his clothes and the photographer was recceing the place

I love the place, wish we could have more time to explore it that day but we had to rush off to the Singapore Botanic Gardens for other shots.

At the Botanic Gardens, it was so funny..we saw like 4 other couples also taking their wedding shots there at the same time with their photographers so guess its a really popular place for wedding photography! Alot of pple were staring at the pink and white balloons so quite paiseh lol. Got bitten by so many ants and mosquitos cuz we sat on the tree branches for the shots and my make up was melting by then so i hope the pics turned out okay man lol..

I was so tired by the end of the day that i was just stoning all the way back to the studio in the car while Kelvin was driving..i just wanted to crawl into bed after that but couldnt cuz we arranged to watch a movie with my bro and Limin lol.

Hope the pics turn out nice, anyway never mind, if really not nice then it'll just be easy for us to choose the pics lol. dont need to top up hahaha..

oh yes, here's the pink and white balloons i got with Sha for the outdoor shots

so nice of sha to take leave to help out yest, thanks gal ;p
